(Alliance News) - Coca-Cola European Partners PLC, a bottler of Coca-Cola branded soft drinks, on Wednesday said Non-Executive Director Orrin Ingram has decided not to seek re-election to the board at the company's annual general meeting in May.
The company added it intends to appoint Dessi Temperley as a successor to Ingram, with effect from the end of the AGM.
Temperley currently serves as group chief financial officer of German personal-care products maker Beiersdorf AG, having been appointed in July 2018.
Shares in Coca-Cola European Partners were untraded in London on Wednesday, last seen at EUR42.33 each.
