LONDON (Alliance News) - Cobra Resources PLC on Monday said Non-Executive Chair Ken Watson resigned from the company's board with immediate effect in order to pursue other business interests.
Cobra is a company formed to make acquisitions of tenements and projects in the natural resources sector.
Cobra shares have been suspended from trading in London since early March, after it agreed to buy the Lady Alice mine in South Australia as well as interests in other tenements in a reverse takeover.
Late last month it hired Craig Moulton as a non-executive director, with the intention that he take on an executive role once the acquisition is completed.
