Cobra Resources Appoints Geologist Craig Moulton To Board

27th Mar 2019 12:03

LONDON (Alliance News) - Cobra Resources PLC on Wednesday said it appointed Craig Moulton as a director with immediate effect.

Cobra is a company focused on making acquisitions of tenements and projects in the natural resources sector. Currently it is a cash shell, but its status will change following the reverse takeover of south Australian copper mine Lady Alice mine.

Moulton - a geologist - has been appointed with a view to have him take over an executive role after Cobra's re-admission to the official list of the London Stock Exchange as a result of its acquisition of Lady Alice mine.

At the beginning of March, Cobra agreed to buy the copper mine, as well as interests to other tenements. Since the acquisition is classified as a reverse takeover under AIM rules, shares have been suspended from trading.
