LONDON (Alliance News) - Defence and aerospace technology company Cobham PLC on Friday confirmed David Lockwood will start as chief executive on December 12.
Lockwood will join the board on December 16, at which time Bob Murphy will step down from the board and as CEO. Lockwood joins the company from Laird PLC.
Additionally, its new chief financial officer, David Mellors, will start January 1, on which date he will join the board and current CFO Simon Nicholls will step down.
Shares in Cobham were down 1.5% at 161.20 pence Friday.
