LONDON (Alliance News) - Defence and aerospace technology company Cobham PLC on Tuesday said its chairman will step down and be replaced at the end of the year.
John Devaney will be replaced by Michael Wareing, currently Cobham's senior independent director.
Wareing also is senior independent director on the board of testing, inspection and certification company Intertek Group PLC and, in the past, was the UK Prime Minister's Special Envoy for Reconstruction in Southern Iraq, a role he left in 2009.
