LONDON (Alliance News) - Gresham House Energy Storage Fund PLC on Friday said it has appointed CMS LLP Partner Cathy Pitt as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Chair John Leggate said: "I am pleased to welcome Cathy to the board. She has a particularly strong reputation in listed funds, an area in which she has been practising for over 20 years."
"Cathy is highly experienced in capital markets transactions, complex negotiations and corporate governance best practice. I am confident she will be an invaluable addition to the team and we look forward to working with her."
Shares were untraded on Friday, last quoted at a price of 102.58 pence each.
