(Alliance News) - CMC Markets PLC said Thursday it has confirmed Interim Chief Financial Officer Euan Marshall as permanent CFO with effect from November 1.
The provider of online trading solutions said Marshall, who has been with the company for eight years as group head of finance and has been interim CFO since June, now will join the board of the company.
Matthew Lewis, CMC's head of Asia Pacific and Canada, also will join the board with effect from November 1, as was announced in April.
Peter Cruddas, chief executive officer, commented: "Euan has been with CMC for eight years, most recently as group head of finance, and has made a significant contribution since taking up the interim CFO role in June this year. Matthew was instrumental in leading CMC's transformational partnership with ANZ Bank and both he and Euan will play key roles in our strategic plans to grow and diversify the business."
CMC Markets shares were trading flat in London at 128.80 pence each on Thursday.
