LONDON (Alliance News) - Cluff Natural Resources PLC on Friday said it has entered a memorandum of understanding with a unit of US oil services company Halliburton Inc related to developing Cluff's underground coal gasification and southern North Sea assets in the UK.
Cluff did not provide any financial details on the deal, but said the two will collaborate on developing Cluff's ability to capitalise on the two North Sea projects, along with technical consultation and technical and consultancy services.
"We are delighted to be announcing this MOU with Halliburton and we are excited about the prospect of developing a strategic relationship," said Cluff Chief Executive and Chairman Algy Cluff.
