LONDON (Alliance News) - CLS Holdings PLC said Friday that Chief Financial Officer John Whiteley intends to retire from the board and leave the company on March 31, 2019.
The British commercial property investment business has commenced a search for a replacement to Whiteley, who was appointed as finance head in November 2009.
"We wish John well in his retirement and thank him for his significant contribution to the company during his time at CLS. As CFO he has been instrumental in raising the company's profile and in building a well-financed, strong platform for the future. I am pleased that he will continue to play an active role over the coming months to ensure an orderly handover to his successor," said Chief Executive Fredrik Widlund.
Shares in the company were down 1.6% at 220.00 pence each on Friday morning.
