LONDON (Alliance News) - Personal monitoring devices maker CloudTag Inc on Thursday said it has raised GBP800,000 through issuing 15.2 million shares at 5.25 pence per share.
Shares in CloudTag were flat at 4.95p on Thursday morning.
CloudTag said it will use the funds for general working capital purposes in line with its strategy to accelerate the growth of the business.
The shares are expected to be admitted to trading on Tuesday.
