LONDON (Alliance News) - CloudTag Inc on Thursday said it has raised another GBP112,000 through a share placing.
The company, which makes personal monitoring products for the health and wellbeing market, said it issued 3.4 million shares at 3.21 pence per share. The stock was down 2.6% at 2.80 pence on Thursday morning.
The fundraising comes in addition to the GBP225,400 CloudTag raised in a placing on Monday.
The funds will back its product development plans.
