LONDON (Alliance News) - CloudTag Inc said Friday it has entered a strategic partnership with mobile analytics company Adience Solution which grants CloudTag a licence to Adience's technology on a revenue sharing basis with no upfront payments.
Under the deal CloudTag's health and fitness mobile application MyCloudTag will be marketed to Adience's user base, and will incorporate Adience's user profiling technology.
"This partnership gives CloudTag immediate access to tens of millions of consumers, and we expect to benefit enormously from the deep customer insights gained in the process," said Chief Executive Officer Amit Ben-Haim in a statement.
Shares in CloudTag are trading down 3.7% at 3.01 pence Friday morning.
