(Alliance News) - Communications software provider Cloudcall Group PLC on Monday said it has entered into a partnership with Vincere, a customer relationship manager within the recruitment sector.
The partnership will see CloudCall provide its communications and contact centre software, integrating it with Vincere's customer relationship management platform. The "comprehensive and powerful CRM-VoIP combination" will provide Vincere with a system where call activities are unified and automatically logged, including links to goals and KPI tracking.
The company noted that Vincere customers will benefit from Cloudcall's unified communications software suite, including advanced telephony and SMS features, as well as call recording and real-time business reporting.
"As we continue with our strategy to recruit more CRMs, we are pleased to announce our partnership with Vincere. Our numerous productivity features and time-saving tools will allow Vincere's customers to improve candidate experience and save considerable time within their daily routines," said CouldCall Chief Executive Simon Cleaver.
Cloudcall shares were untraded at 94.50 pence each on Monday afternoon in London.
