LONDON (Alliance News) - Clear Leisure PLC on Tuesday said Westhouse Securities Ltd is to ask the High Court to dismiss its winding up petition against the company after the pair reached an agreement on debts owed to Westhouse.
Westhouse filed a winding up petition with the Companies Court in London in February, seeking around GBP100,000 in unpaid debts from Clear Leisure.
Clear Leisure on Tuesday said the pair have reached an agreement, and Westhouse will withdraw the petition. Clear Leisure didn't provide any details of the agreement.
Shares in Clear Leisure are currently suspended from trading.
