LONDON (Alliance News) - Clear Leisure PLC on Tuesday confirmed the winding up petition filed against the company by Westhouse Securities Ltd has now been dismissed.
Earlier this month, Clear Leisure said Westhouse had asked the court to dismiss the petition after the pair reached an agreement over debts owed to Westhouse. The broker had initially filed the petition in February, seeking GBP100,000 in unpaid debts from Clear Leisure.
No details of the agreement have been disclosed.
Shares in Clear Leisure were up 7.1% to 1.5 pence on Tuesday.
