LONDON (Alliance News) - Clear Leisure PLC said Wednesday that Chief Financial Officer Nilesh Jagatia has resigned with immediate effect due to other work commitments.
This follows the departure of Chief Executive Officer Alfredo Villa at the end of July; Villa has been succeeded by Chairman Francesco Gardin, who will also remain as chairman.
The leisure and real estate company has appointed accounting firm Haines Watts to act as Finance Managers from the beginning of September.
Shares in Clear Leisure were down 5.8% at 0.650 pence Wednesday.
