LONDON (Alliance News) - Clean Air Power Ltd Monday said it has appointed Neill Skinner as chief financial officer with immediate effect, replacing outgoing finance director Pete Rowse.
Rowse will step down as director of the company with immediate effect, the company said.
Skinner has worked at a number of large accountancy firms and recently held strategy and corporate development roles at Speedy Hire PLC.
The stock was trading at 9.18 pence Monday morning, up 0.60 pence or 0.6%.
