LONDON (Alliance News) - Civitas Social Housing PLC said Friday it has bought four residential care properties in a deal worth GBP8.2 million.
The properties, located in the Midlands, comprise 53 tenancies and will be managed by the Falcon Housing Association.
The homes are designed to provide housing for tenants with learning disabilities and additional needs, with a care provider in place at each of them.
The company said the homes will be "immediately" income generating.
The real estate investment company's shares were trading down 0.4% at 102.54 pence each on Friday.
