LONDON (Alliance News) - CityFibre Infrastructure Holdings PLC on Tuesday said it has secured new partners for its networks in Bradford and Leeds.
The deals, which carry a combined value of GBP4.9 million over six years, have been struck with Bradford-based Exa Networks, which provides connectivity services to the education and business sectors, and Leeds-based Diva Telecom, a business-to-business telecoms provider.
Exa has committed to a minimum of 250 connections in the Bradford area, while Diva has committed to 100 in Leeds.
Exa also has signed a strategic partnership with CityFibre to target the UK education sector. No financial details were disclosed on this agreement.
CityFibre shares were up 4.5% to 46.50 pence Tuesday.
