CityFibre Infrastructure Signs Up Two Partners For Aberdeen Project

LONDON (Alliance News) - CityFibre Infrastructure Holdings PLC on Thursday said it has signed up two new service providers for its Aberdeen CORE network project.

The fibre optic infrastructure company said it has signed up Commsworld and Converged Communications Services to the Aberdeen network to offer ultra-fast broadband services to businesses in the city. The addition of the two brings the total contract value in Aberdeen to date to GBP1.25 million, CityFibre said.

"We're delighted with the progress of the Aberdeen project to date, and we're very pleased to welcome two more innovative partners in Commsworld and Converged Communications to Aberdeen," said Greg Mesch, CityFibre's chief executive.

Shares in CityFibre were untraded Thursday, having last traded at 59.85 pence.
