LONDON (Alliance News) - Fibre optic infrastructure company CityFibre Infrastructure Holdings PLC saw its shares fall slightly as it debuted on AIM Friday in an initial public offering that initially valued it at about GBP31.4 million.

The company raised about GBP16.5 million before expenses by issuing almost 27.7 million shares in the IPO. The total number of shares in issue are 52.3 million.

It is using the funds to expand its fibre optic infrastructure by building new networks or acquiring existing infrastructure.
