LONDON (Alliance News) - City Of London Group PLC on Friday said Howard Goodbourn has resigned as finance director in favour of pursuing full-time business interests.
The group, which said the finance director role has not been full time since September 30, will not directly replace Goodbourn, with his duties to be taken on by other members of staff.
The financial management of the group's two investee businesses, Credit Asset Management Ltd and Trade Finance Partners Ltd, continues to include their own full-time finance directors.
Shares in City Of London Group were down 5.0% at 9.50 pence on Friday morning.
