LONDON (Alliance News) - City Natural Resources High Yield Trust PLC on Thursday proposed to increase its first interim dividend by 47%, though maintained its annual dividend target.
The trust announced a first interim dividend of 1.26 pence, compared to 0.86p a year ago.
City Natural intends to maintain an annual dividend target of 5.60p for the current financial year, unchanged from last year.
The company plans to pay second and third quarterly dividends of 1.26p per share and a fourth quarterly dividend of 1.82p.
City Natural Resources shares were trading 1.4% lower at 100.60p each on Thursday.
