(Alliance News) - Office building investor Circle Property PLC said Wednesday it has let a total of 21,461 square feet at Concorde Park in Maidenhead, Berkshire.
The transactions represent the first lettings at Concorde Park since it was acquired in early August for GBP14.6 million.
FTSE 250 flexible office space provider IWG PLC has taken up a ten-year lease on 16,861 square feet on the first floor of two buildings, under its brand Regus. In addition, supply chain risk management company Avetta LLC has committed to a five-year lease on the ground floor of another.
"We are pleased to have secured these lettings so soon after the acquisition of the park, adding significant value to the asset on behalf of our shareholders and continuing our active asset management strategy," said Chief Operating Officer Edward Olins.
Shares in Circle Property - which is headquartered in Jersey - were down 0.5% at 204.0 pence on Wednesday in London.
