(Alliance News) - CIP Merchant Capital Ltd on Monday said it has invested purchased a further 441,973 shares in social care services provider CareTech Holdings PLC, taking its stake to 1.2%.
The investment company purchased the additional shares for GBP2.0 million, having previously acquired 950,000 shares for GBP3.2 million in April 2019.
For its financial year ended September 30, CareTech had net income attributable to shareholders of GBP20.1 million and net assets of GBP353 million as at March 31.
Shares in CIP Merchant were trading 4.3% lower at 43.55 pence each on Monday morning in London. CareTech was down 0.5% at 445.00p.
