Christie Revenue To Meet Market View But Operating Profit To Beat

18th Jan 2016 08:27

LONDON (Alliance News) - Stock and inventory management systems provider Christie Group PLC on Monday said its 2015 operating profit is set to beat market expectations.

The company said while revenue will meet the market view, its operating profit should be marginally stronger than anticipated due to a robust performance in its transactional, advisory and financial businesses.

This helped to offset challenges from market disruptions in the UK retail stock-taking market and the pressures put on the business by the increase in the statutory minimum wage.

Christie will publish its 2015 results on April 4.

Shares in Christie were untraded on Monday morning, having last traded at 131.00 pence.
