LONDON (Alliance News) - Christie Group PLC on Friday said its agency and advisory services unit, Christie & Co, provided valuation services on the recent acquisition of Channel Islands pub operator Liberation Group by FTSE 250-listed investment fund Caledonia Investments.
On Wednesday, Caledonia said it paid GBP118.0 million to buy Liberation, which operates 94 mainly freehold pubs in the Channel Islands and the south west of England, along with two breweries, Liberation Brewery in the Channel Islands and Butcombe Brewery in England, and three drinks distribution companies.
Christie shares were untraded on Friday, having last traded at 81.00 pence.
