LONDON (Alliance News) - Christie Group PLC said on Tuesday that Non-Executive Director Tony Chambers will be retiring after 14 years.
Christie provides a portfolio of professional services for the leisure, retail and care sectors. These include surveying, valuation, agency, consultancy, finance, insurance, stock control and business software solutions.
Chambers will step down at the company's next annual general meeting on June 14, having served in his current position since February 2004.
Chambers was the previous head of banking and director of Robert Fleming & Co, a director of Save & Prosper Group, and chairman of Gartmore High Income Trust PLC.
Shares in Christie Group were down 3.8% at 127.00 pence each.
