China Nonferrous Gold Appoints Liang Boyi As Non-Executive Chair

(Alliance News) - China Nonferrous Gold Ltd, which mines and explores gold in Tajikistan, said Tuesday it appointed Liang Boyi as non-executive chair of the company with immediate effect.

Boyi succeeds Wu Xiang as chair.

Boyi has served as deputy manager of the asset operation department of China National Construction Group, as deputy manager of the planning department and as manager and director of the corporate department of the China Nonferrous Mining Group Co.

He previously also served as the assistant to the general manager of the China Nonferrous Mining Group Co, and as director of the Strategic Research Office.

“We are delighted to welcome Liang Boyi to the board, and his knowledge and experience in developing gold mines will be of significant benefit for Pakrut Gold Mine. Shares in China Nonferrous were untraded at 7.975 pence in London on Tuesday.
