LONDON (Alliance News) - China New Energy Ltd said Monday that Non-Executive Director Nicholas Brooks will resign from the board on August 31.
After his resignation, Brooks will continue to provide technology and business development services to the engineering company.
The company said that at its annual general meeting held earlier today, all resolutions, except the one to re-appoint Books which had been withdrawn, were passed.
Shares in China New Energy were flat at 1.18 pence each.
