LONDON (Alliance News) - China Chaintek United Company Limited Wednesday said it is confident in its growth prospects, particularly in its logistics services division which targets major e-commerce companies, and as a result declared a maiden interim dividend of 2 pence net per share.
The logistics distribution provider for China-based consumer good manufacturers, also said that it has signed an agreement with VIPshop, an online discount retailers for brands, for its logistics and inventory solutions services.
The group said it is still keen to reinvest its organic cash flow from existing operations, into building the Logistics Park in an industrial zone in Jinjiang, China. The start date of operation for the park is currently expected in 2016.
Shares in China Chaintek were down 5.5% before midday Wednesday, at 215.00 pence per share.
