LONDON (Alliance News) - Logistics company China Chaintek United Co Ltd on Friday said its shares have been suspended after it lost its nominated adviser, ZAI Corporate Finance.
The group did not provide any information on the nomad's departure, but said its shares had been suspended pursuant to AIM Rule 1, which states a company must have a nominated adviser at all times.
Shares in the company had been down 6.3% to 15.00 pence prior to the suspension.
