LONDON (Alliance News) - Life assurance consolidator Chesnara PLC Monday said that it has agreed a new outsourcing contract with HCL Insurance BPO Services Ltd, a move that extends the service for a further 11 years.
In a statement, Chesnara said that the terms agreed are line with expectations, adding that "no financial impact" is expected.
Chesnara shares were Monday quoted at 311.25 pence, down 0.2%.
