LONDON (Alliance News) - Chenavari Capital Solutions Ltd Friday said Rob King has been appointed as its new chairman following on from the death of its former chairman Trevor Hunt.
The company released news of Hunt's death back in early May, and had Iain Stokes, chairman of the audit committee, serving as its interim chairman.
"The company is pleased to announce that Rob King has accepted the position of chairman of the board of directors with effect from November 1, 2015. The directors thank Iain Stokes for serving as interim chairman since May 5, 2015 following the sad news of Trevor Hunt's death. Iain will continue to serve as chairman of the audit committee," it said in a statement.
King was appointed as a non-executive director of Chenavari back in July.
Chenavari shares were up 0.7% to 98.425p on Friday afternoon.
