Charles Taylor Says Division Chief Joe Roach To Retire From Board

LONDON (Alliance News) - Insurance services company Charles Taylor PLC said Monday that Joe Roach, executive director and chief executive of its Management Services - Americas division plans to retire from the board at the end of 2016.

Thereafter Roach plans to continue to work for the company in a part-time capacity.

"We will mark Joe's retirement from the Board fully at the end of the year. I would, however, like to thank him now for his remarkable contribution to Charles Taylor and Signal since he joined the group. I am delighted that he has agreed to continue his long involvement with the group so we can continue to benefit from his substantial experience and deep insight," said Chief Executive Officer David Marock in a statement.

Shares in Charles Taylor were untraded Monday afternoon. They last closed at 236.00 pence.
