LONDON (Alliance News) - Charles Stanley Group PLC said Wednesday that Ben Money-Coutts' appointment as chief financial officer has been cleared by the Financial Conduct Authority.
As a result, Money-Coutts has been appointed to the position with immediate effect.
Money-Coutts joined the company in May 2013 and has worked as the chief operating officer of its Financial Services arm and as interim head of compliance in that time.
Shares in Charles Stanley are trading down 0.1% at 390.00 pence Wednesday afternoon.
