Charles Stanley Holds 5.0% Interest In Portmeirion (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Portmeirion Group PLC said on Thursday that Charles Stanley Group PLC now holds a 5.01% interest in the company in a transaction on Wednesday.

It has not been disclosed what holding, if any, Charles Stanley held prior to the transaction.

Shares in Portmeirion closed down 1.9% at 1,017.50 pence, while Charles Stanley shares closed down 3.7% at 342.00 pence on Thursday.
