Chariot Oil Reports Drilling Commencement On Rabat Deep Permits

LONDON (Alliance News) - Atlantic margins-focused oil and gas company Chariot Oil & Gas Ltd said on Wednesday that its ultra-deepwater drillship, the Saipem 12000, has started drilling on the Rabat Deep Permits in Morocco.

Operations are expected to take around 50 days to complete.

Chariot holds a 10% interest in Rabat, through its subsidiary Chariot Oil & Gas Investments (Morocco) Ltd.

Shares in Chariot Oil & Gas were down 1.2% at 13.73 pence on Wednesday.
