Chair Of Empiric Student Property And Residential Secure Income Dies

LONDON (Alliance News) - Residential Secure Income PLC and Empiric Student Property PLC on Thursday announced the death on Tuesday of Brenda Dean, who chaired both real estate investment trusts.

At Empiric Student Property, Stuart Beevor, a non-executive director, will become chair with immediate effect. At Residential Secure Income, Non-Executive Director Robert Whiteman will become chair, also with immediate effect.

The shares of Empiric Student Property were down 0.1% at 83.10 pence on Thursday, while Residential Secure Income was down 0.3% at 96.81p.
