(Alliance News) - Chaarat Gold Holdings Ltd on Tuesday said Labro Investments Ltd purchased a total of 133,600 shares over three transactions on Monday and Tuesday.
The gold mining company focused in Armenia and Kyrgyz Republic said Chair Martin Andersson has a beneficial interest in most of Labro Investment's shares.
On Monday, Labro Investments bought 3,600 shares at 38.00 pence each for a total of GBP1,368 and on Tuesday bought 130,000 shares at 39.046p each for a total of GBP50,760.
Following the transactions, Labro holds 203.2 million shares representing 39% of the company's issued share capital. The combined holding of Labro and Andersson is 209 million shares, around a 40% stake.
Shares in Chaarat closed 0.6% higher at 38.31 pence each on Tuesday in London.
