(Alliance News) - Chaarat Gold Holdings Ltd on Wednesday said it is in advanced talks to extend the now expired USD10 million loan into 2020.
The loan, which was signed in November 2018, matured on Tuesday.
The mining company, which has assets in the Kyrgyz Republic and Armenia, said talks with the lender also include increasing the principal amount of the loan. It expects the terms of the loan to remain materially the same with the exception of an extension to the maturity date and the increase in principal of the Loan.
Shares in Chaarat Gold were down 1.4% at 29.20 pence each in London on Wednesday afternoon.
