LONDON (Alliance News) - Chaarat Gold Holdings Ltd on Friday said that a new investor has increased the level of its subscription in the company to USD15 million.
At the beginning of April, the AIM-quoted gold mining company entered into an agreement with a new unnamed investor for the subscription and issue of convertible bonds for USD10 million.
Due to the increase, the date in which Chaarat expects to receive the subscription proceeds has been delayed beyond the May 31 deadline. The company expects to receive the funds within the end of June.
Chaarat Gold shares closed 5.25 lower at 29.12 pence each on Friday.
