LONDON (Alliance News) - Chaarat Gold Holdings Ltd on Wednesday said it has hired Chris Eger as its new chief financial officer as Linda Naylor leaves.
Naylor, whose departure was announced last November, was with Chaarat from 2009 and also was company secretary. Eger takes over her financial responsibilities.
Executive Chairman Martin Andersson said: "Having worked with Linda to secure an orderly handover of her responsibilities, I, and the rest of the board, wish her every success in the future and thank her for her contribution to the business over the past nine years."
Chaarat Gold shares are currently suspended from trading on AIM in London, with its proposed takeover of the Kumtor gold mine in Kyrgyzstan being classified as a reverse takeover.
