CH Bailey Non-Executive Director William McAlpine Dies After Illness

LONDON (Alliance News) - CH Bailey PLC said Wednesday its Non-Executive Director William McAlpine died on Sunday after an illness.

Chief Executive Charles Bailey said: "On behalf of all the board, I extend our deepest sympathy to his family and friends at this very difficult time."

"Sir William was a great friend and mentor to everyone in the group. He made a valuable contribution to the board and will be missed by all at CH Bailey."

Shares were untraded on Wednesday at 127.50 pence each.
