(Alliance News) - Centamin PLC said Monday it hired Catharine Farrow and Marna Cloete as non-executive directors of the FTSE 250-listed gold miner with immediate effect.
Centamin Chair Josef El-Raghy said it was with "great pleasure" that Farrow and Cloete join the board.
"Both individuals bring extensive experience and expertise that will complement the existing diverse skill set of the board as Centamin embarks on an exciting path of growth," El-Raghy added.
In addition, Non-Executive Director Alison Baker has left the firm in order to "pursue other interests".
El-Raghy thanked Baker for her service to the firm and wish her well "current and future endeavours".
Shares in Centamin were 0.8% lower at 144.00 pence in London on Monday.
