LONDON (Alliance News) - Cenkos Securities PLC on Wednesday said it will buy about 4.45 million shares at 180.0 pence each under its tender offer to return GBP8.0 million to its shareholders.
The shares being purchased are equivalent to about 7.28% of the company. The shares will then be cancelled, reducing the total in issue to 56.7 million.
Cenkos said 15.8 million shares were validly tendered under the offer.
Shares in Cenkos closed up 0.8% at 180.00p on Wednesday.
