LONDON (Alliance News) - Stockbroker Cenkos Securities PLC said on Monday it has appointed Jeremy Miller as non-executive director with effect on May 15.
Miller is currently chair of the National Merchant Buying Society, a society for independent builders and hardware merchants, a position he has held since June 2018. Prior to that, he was part of advisory house Centreview Partners for seven years from 2009 to 2016, leaving as London chief operating officer.
"I am delighted that Jeremy has agreed to join the board. Jeremy brings an impressive breadth and depth of financial services experience and will be a valuable addition to the senior management team's experience for the continued development of Cenkos," said Acting Chair Jeff Hewitt.
Shares in Cenkos Securities were up 2.1% at 68.40 pence on Monday.
