LONDON (Alliance News) - Healthcare-focused advisory group Cello Health PLC said Monday it has promoted Chris Jones to non-executive chairman with immediate effect, following the retirement of current chair Allan Rich.
Jones became a non-executive director at Cello back in October 2016. He is currently a director at Becton Dickinson & Co, a US-based medical technology company. Jones also holds directorships or partnerships at, among others, Palmer Hargreaves Holdings Ltd, Pew Trusts, and Blackbird Academy Trust.
Prior to joining Cello, Jones was global chairman and chief executive officer at J Walter Thompson Co, part of WPP Group PLC. He has previously held directorships or partnerships at 6AM (UK) Ltd, Covenant Healthcare Group Ltd, and Pavilion Clinic Ltd, among others.
Shares in Cello Health were down 0.9% at 114.00 pence on Monday.
