LONDON (Alliance News) - Cello Health PLC said Thursday that it has appointed, with immediate effect, Clifford Tompsett and Joanna LeCouilliard as non-executive directors.
Tompsett is currently a director of Dundas & Burgun Ltd, Hatton Farm Estates Ltd and Kismet Acquisition Ltd.
LeCouilliard serves as a non-executive director for Circassia Pharmaceuticals PLC. She was until recently on the board of GlaxoSmithKline PLC.
Additionally, the company said that Paul Hamilton and Will David have both stood down as non-executive directors, each having served as members of the board for more than a decade.
Cello Health shares were trading down 0.6% at 129.75 pence each.
