LONDON (Alliance News) - Marketing firm Cello Group PLC Friday said it has acquired Edinburgh-based digital agency Line Digital Ltd to boost its Cello Signal business.
The company did not disclose any financial details regarding the transaction.
Line Digital specialises in web design and development and online marketing strategy. Its core clients include Scottish Friendly, Standard Life, Tesco Bank, Travel Corp and the Edinburgh Fringe.
Cello said the newly acquired Line Digital business will be fully integrated into its Blonde Digital business, resulting in a 60-person-strong digital agency.
Cello shares were up 1.7% at 88.00 pence per share Friday morning.
